We have been very pleased with this company. Its not easy to always find good lawn companies in this area. We have had reliability issues with a lot of the companies around here. We've been with this company now for I want to say over a year and they have done perfectly, so we have had really positive experiences with them and could recommend them.
Description of Work: We use this company to cut our grass on a bi-weekly basis. Our lawn is 1/4 of an acre. While they are here, they also do bush trimming and shrub maintenance as needed.

WE GOT AN ESTIMATE IN PERSON AND TOLD HIM HE COULD DO THE WORK. HE AGREED TO BE HERE ON WEDNESDAY, YESTERDAY. I STAYED HOME ALL DAY AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. NEEDLESS TO SAY I TRIED PHONING SEVERAL TIME, LEAVING HIM MESSAGES. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I AM FRUSTRATED. IF YOUR TOO BUSY TO DO MY JOB JUST TELL ME. AT FIRST HE WAS GREAT BUT NOW ...

JIM IS HARD TO MAKE CONTACT WITH SOMETIMES, BUT HE DOES HAVE A VOICE MAIL, WHICH HE RESPONDS TO BY DOING THE WORK. I AM CONTINUING TO USE HIM THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER. HE WILL ALSO PUT FERTILIZER DOWN AT APPROPRIATE TIMES AND DO YARD CLEANUP. JIM WILL COME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE FOR YOU.
Description of Work: MOWS LAWN EVERY 2 WEEKS - $25, REMOVED FENCE FOR $250, DID INITIAL MOWING (GRASS WAS WAIST HIGH) FOR $40.

HE SAID HE WOULD SEND AN ESTIMATE IN FIVE TO SIX DAYS. WE HAVE CALLED THEM BACK THREE TIMES. IT'S BEEN NEARLY THIRTY DAYS AND WE HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM HIM.

HE IS A NICE YOUNG MAN. THERE ARE LIMITATIONS TO HIS EXPERTISE, BUT HE CAN TAKE CARE OF THE BASICS. HE IS VERY BUSY SO HE CAN'T RESPOND INSTANTLY.
