Description of Work: Never showed up for scheduled appointment, waited from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon. Called the office to ask if someone was coming out they said " could I wait the rest of the day", no one was available. No respect for my time, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Description of Work: Called company for estimate to install indirect hot water heater. Company sent a person to do estimate. I told person that I was calling other companies as well to get three bids and would like to receive a bid from them as well. Never got the bid/estimate. Called company, man who came over said he would send it, but never did. I guess they don't need/want the business. Maybe I should thank my lucky stars that they didn't perform the job because if this is an indication of their customer service, than I am definitely better off without it. Liars!!
