SUNROOM STILL LEAKS 9 MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION. THEY WON'T COME WHEN IT'S SUNNY BECAUSE HE 'CAN'T SEE THE LEAKS' AND WON'T COME WHEN IT RAINS BECAUSE THE SEALANT WON'T WORK AND WON'T COME IF SOMETHING MORE PRESSING COMES UP. AFTER ABOUT 10 VISITS WHERE HE WANDERS AROUND WITH SOME CAULK, WE ARE AT OUR WITS' END. WE HAVE WRITTEN & CALLED THE MANUFACTURER BUT WONDER IF THEY WILL EVER FIX IT! SOMETIMES THEY FAIL TO KEEP AN APPOINTMENT OR CALL AN HOUR AFTER THE TIME APPOINTED TO SAY THEY WILL BE LATE!
Description of Work: HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO DO THE FINISH WORK ON SHINGLES, ETC.
