Description of Work: We had been told (through an energy audit) that we should have a chimney sweep look at our hot water heater. He came and was very honest- he told us that everything was fine and explained how the energy audit came to the conclusion it came. He told us we DIDN'T need to have any work done. He did charge the $45 service call though, which seemed reasonable.
