College Hunks Hauling Junk

Responsiveness So disappointed, they did not fulfill their contract and left 3/4 of our furniture unpacked. The movers blamed the estimate (which was done onsite by a manager) and having the wrong truck size. I understand that mistakes happen, but they did not pick up the rest of the furniture, leaving us to rent a uhaul the next day and move the rest ourselves. I’m 5 months pregnant, and this took 6 hours and cost hundreds of dollars more than what we signed up for, leaving me and my husband exhausted and so frustrated. I’ve called Management Several times a day for the past week looking for some resolution, but they have not called me back. They did not fulfill their contract and caused us more time and money, then did nothing to fix it. Bad business.

They were horrible. Grossly overpriced and not very helpful at all. Did not adhere to the timing plan. We were in the a middle of a project and they said they had to leave. I would not recommend them and wont hire again.

I was very happy. Got everything taken away. Quick and professional. Ty and Jamal were very polite and efficient. I will be using them again in the coming months when I move.

They were terrific. It was easy to book on-line, and we got a discount for doing so. We were able to reach a human being by phone when we had a question about our booking. They showed up on time, were polite and professional, and wrestled a heavy sofa out of our basement, showing patience even when we needed to remove the doors from their hinges to get it out. They took special care to protect our home (including draping quilted blankets to protect the surroundings) and left us with a Goodwill Receipt to claim a deduction. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends!
