Description of Work: I had a very large crack in my dining room/kitchen ceiling in which the old plaster needed to be cleaned out and replaced. Michael Burke was very methodical and precise in his work, but stated that there "may be" a structural problem if this did not work. However, I am very optimistic because of the painstaking time he took to the fine detail of repairing this ceiling. He also patched some other small areas in my home. He is very pleasant, and professional in his work and thought the price he quoted me was very reasonable. Lastly, he made sure that the areas in which he worked were cleaned before he left. I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreMichael is a perfectionist. He is there when he says he will be. He is fair in his pricing and works more hours than most would for the price he quotes. Early on, he discovered some rotten wood that needed attention. Michael informed us of this and delayed his work so that this could be repaired. He made himself available within a week to complete the job. We are very happy with the quality of his work!
Description of Work: Michael repaired 5 large areas of outdoor stucco. When necessary, he totally removed old stucco and did a beautiful job replacing it and blending it in with already existing stucco. We have used 4-5 different individuals for stucco repair over the years and feel that Michael's work far exceed their's in quality and appearance.
