My team and I grew up in the trades working with excavating and installation of asphalt driveways and parking lots along with the installation we also service the asphalted surfaces for years to come. A.K.R. co. started up over 18 years ago and has continued to grow. If you give a customer the job that was promised they will always come back and they will refer you to all friends and co workers Thats A.K.R. co.

Our company is equipped with a mobile pressure washing unit hot or cold with all the equipment to clean most surfaces such as asphalt pavement , concrete surfaces, stone walls and walks, tennis courts and more. We pave commercial parking lots and also paint all markings on the lots.

We do not pave residential driveways. Also we do not landscape.

I have never spoken with in [removed member name]to this address only a woman going by the name [removed member name] who failed to return a total of 8 messages left on both cell and home phone voice mail. I had to consider there may be family problems preventing a return call and felt it would be best to not continue to leave message after message. To this date I have still not received a return call. I think [removed member name] may not have known of any effort on my part to make contact with. My business depends on good word of mouth references and that is how you stay successful in the years to come. Some times you will run into someone you will never make happy no matter what you do and that is just the way it is. I hope any future home owners or commercial owners will look a bit deeper into my references and speak to other contractors such as paving contractors and landscapers we do work for on a regular basis . Please keep in mind we never had the chance to do any work on this property and had I had a chance to speak directly with this man Jonathan perhaps we would have done the job and received a good review. As stated, well done!
Description of Work: AKR filled cracks and repaired damage then did total re-sealing on private circle of townhomes, including 10 driveways. Provided local references and addresses so we could see recent residential and commercial jobs. The job was done carefully and completely, minimizing access issues for 10 homeowners. We'll definitely use them again.

GREAT!!! Ken (the owner) came out and evaluated the damage. He also measured the driveway to get a price on sealing it. Within the week they were there to fix it. They properly fixed the damage by heating up the current asphalt and proper patching and fixing the damage. You cannot even tell there was damage there!! After fixing the damage, about a week later they came back to seal the driveway.
Description of Work: A previous contractor had damaged my driveway with a concrete truck and put pretty large tire impressions into my one year old driveway. I hired AKR to properly fix the damage and seal the driveway. Oh and the bill was sent to the contractor.
