VERY well. We had had a very bad experience with another vendor, and Eric came recommended by a colleague so we took another shot at finding someone to help at my small 3-person business. My colleague has been working with him for over ten years now, so I was hopeful that he would work out. We have been extremely happy with the services Eric has provided. He isn't the typical IT technician, at least as I think of them. He has good social skills (personable, polite and friendly), is good at problem-solving, listens very well to what your problem is and the results you'd like to achieve, suggests solutions instead of telling you what to do, and has been very responsive when something has come up that we have needed help with. He clearly knows what he is doing, and is up front and transparent when he needs to research the answer. His fees are very reasonable, especially compared to other vendors we've considered. My two employees and I marvel at how quickly and efficiently he has helped us get back to work by solving so many of our technical problems in such a short period of time. I couldn't speak more highly of him or give a stronger recommendation for his services.

I found The Computer Wellness Center on Angie's List when I was looking for a professional to fix our Pastor's computer. Eric answered the phone when I called, set up a meeting, arrived on time and fixed the problem that was presenting itself at that point - a malware infection. I had to call him again because another problem cropped up (related to the first) and he arrived promptly, spent all the time that was needed (hours) and recommended some software to prevent the problem in the future. Afterward he was able to check on the status of the computer remotely, to ensure that things were running well. All in all, working with Eric was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend him highly for things that you can't fix yourself.

My computer was infected with a virus. It was extremely slow and there were pop-ups on the screen that I won't repeat. Let's just say they were not appropriate. Then my computer crashed and I lost all my appointments and contacts. I have a home business so this was a crisis. Eric was great. He came to my house right away and cleaned my computer and retrieved my data. He was very polite and trustworthy. I had a follow-up issue that he addressed immediately using remote control help desk software, so he didn't have to come here in person. I found him to be very approachable and I felt comfortable calling him to ask a quick question. I will use him again should I have the need and highly recommend him.
