+ -1 moreProject was misquoted, cabinet doors were damaged and replacement cabinet doors were damaged. They are providing a third set of cabinet doors, but on their own timeline. Installation responsibility for the 3rd set of doors are the home owners. They were slow to provide designs, we had to follow up frequently during the design process. They disagreed with the requested kitchen layout, so we had several designs that didn't incorporate desired requests. We have a small kitchen and maximizing space was issue a top priority to us, but they had a hard time understanding the importance.
Description of Work: We requested kitchen and bath design, however they only provided design for the kitchen.

Description of Work: We purchased the home last summer. It had an unusual floor plan on the first floor with a sunken dining room, sunken sunroom and galley kitchen. They worked with us to redesign these three rooms, which included raising the floors in the sunken rooms, opening up the wall between dining room and kitchen to make one incredible kitchen and making the sunroom the new dining room. They designed the new kitchen and provided the cabinetry, hardware and sink. They also provided resource for countertops and coordinated design and installation of them. They found the perfect tile I wanted for the backsplash when I could not find it anywhere else. The entire staff was wonderful to work with. We will also be working with them again to design a new Master Bathroom in the Fall. We have built three homes and renovated a kitchen and two bathrooms in a previous home and this was by far the best experience.

+ -1 moreI like that it's a woman. Her name was Marlene. I thought that she was extremely professional. We went to her work space and I just found that working with her was very easy. She calls and sends emails. Every decision was made without a problem. Work came in perfectly. The people that she jobbed out to a contractor that she uses was phenomenal and he did the tiling of our bathroom and he added coating in my dining room and he also did my kitchen. I would definitely recommend Marlene, because not only did she offer professional and superior quality cabinets and hardware, she had great ideas and my husband and I were really appreciative for her. She was highly recommended to us and I would highly recommend her to somebody else who was doing their kitchen.

+ 1 moreExcellent. We worked with Jean Hayes. She was very helpful and offered great ideas and suggestions for our new kitchen design. She worked within our budget. Cabinets arrived in exactly 6 weeks as we were told. No issues. Great follow up by Jean. Excellent caring company and people.

+ 1 moreIt went pretty well. The sticker shop was quite shocking because we spent more than we were planning, but that wasn't her fault. The quality of the cabinets was excellent though. We actually bought custom cabinets as well.
Description of Work: We ordered our kitchen cabinets and all of the associated hardware from her. She also arranged our countertops and did some design work for our kitchen.
