Tom was great! He came over to spec out a full installation of lighting in the main floor of our house, scheduled the work in a reasonable time frame, did great work with the installation and cleaned up well. Would call them again in a heartbeat.

We just had work completed by Sousa Electric and we would definitely recommend them. Tom gave the quote and did the walk through. Joe and Drew did the work and showed up on time everyday and were extremely professional. Work was completed to our satisfaction, were extremely hard workers, minimized any finish work we would need to do and they tidied up every day when finished. Would recommend to anyone looking to have electrical work completed.

Great experience with Sousa Electric. Tom answered my call right away and was able to send someone the following day. Dave showed up promptly and diagnosed and fixed the problem with the smoke detector wiring and also very efficiently added the requested outdoor outlet. He hasn't billed me yet but his estimate seemed very reasonable and competitive.

As good as it gets. Tom quickly responded and scheduled my job in reasonable time. He and his crew arrived and started work right on schedule. When they came back, they arrived when they said they would. They were all very professional - communicated very clearly - not pushy or patronizing - friendly but businesslike. They replaced some old wiring (circa 1900) and did the work I'd asked for (some of it a little unusual because this is a restoration). They were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I was lucky to find Sousa and I'm glad they could fit me in.

Tom Sousa and his crew were great. Tom was very responsive and helpful throughout. He came by as scheduled for the initial walk-through and estimate. Tom also came on the morning of the work to review the job with his crew. There was no problem with a last minute change I requested and the final cost actually came in under the estimate. Would definitely use Sousa Electric again.

Tom and his team were wonderful from start to finish. When I saw the $95 special online, I called and left a message on his voicemail inquiring whether or not this would cover the work that I needed done. Tom returned my call a few hours later and was nothing but pleasant. He listened to my needs and assured me that his crew would be able to cover the issue that I described. He was able to fit my inspection in the same week (which was crucial so that we could get it out of the way in order to move forward with our insulation work). His crew arrived early on the designated day and were very personable. They did a more than thorough job inspecting the house and explaining as they went. They finished their work in about 15 minutes and instead of trying to get out of there in under the hour that I had paid ahead of time for, they asked if there was any more electrical work that I wanted done in the remaining time. They filled out the necessary paperwork that I needed right on the spot and had an invoice of the work in my email by the end of the day. I will ABSOLUTELY use them for any future electrical work!

Tom did a great job taking care of a lot electrical projects that we had for our 100 year old house. There were several surprises when the work started, but despite the job taking significantly longer than expected, Tom honored his original estimate.

It went really well. Mr. Sousa came in the morning and let us know how long it would take (all day) and finished the job in the evening. Unfortunately, he had to come back the next day because during the night, one of the wires came loose that connected to our heating system, so the furnace was not coming on.
