Description of Work: Cliff Peters sold my house. It was on the market with another realtor, with very little interest, from August 2013 to May 2014. The tenant was actively trashing the house the whole time, and the realtor did not tell me. I doubt she even visited from January to May. Once I switched to Jack Conway, Cliff immediately took action. I took the house off the market from May to mid-July while Cliff supervised the repairs. I soon ran out of money, but Cliff continued to work on the house on his own time: cleaning, mowing lawn, minor repairs. The house was under contract by the end of September, and the closing occurred in October 2014. Cliff got 5% of the sale, and he refused to accept the additional money I offered him for labor and materials. He is a wonderful realtor to work with. I thank him publicly and highly recommend him!
