+ -1 moreHe showed up within the time estimate, sat right down to work and completed the task within 1 hour. In addition, he helped show what we needed to do to look for problems on the PC. He has also helped troubleshoot problems on the phone before coming over. He's great!
Description of Work: Dana, the tech, came to our house within 1 hour after we called to assist with a computer problem.
