+ -1 moreBlue Bear had done quality work for us in the past. Today we had standard AC maintenance that we waited for since May and had to reschedule. So yeah we had to turn the AC on well before the appointment. It'd been running fine. Turn it on within 30-45 mins down to the desired temp. Then Blue Bears tech Justin showed up. Tonight we turned it on around 8:30pm. By 9:45pm it had only gone down 1 degree. Over 500 bucks for "maintenance" and I can't effectively use my air conditioning. Glad to see they've gone from honest, reliable work to outright scamming. Break it so I have to pay again to "fix" it. Called customer service and was told someone will call "once available". See ya in 6 months I guess. Never again
