Provider had to dig out my larger cover to get a better view of the tank, he emptied out the 1500 gallons and also showed me the filter and thought me how to clean it. My filter was a bit clogged due to my long hair, and water level was over it. He was very nice and explaining the process and at trying to reduce water level without pumping out extra. He then had me flush paper down the toilet , to check and see it the plumbing was clear. He was very efficient. I had shopped around for pricing and even though a few services were cheaper them them by $20, they had done my title 5 and are very local, they are definitely worth it and i would recommend them to anyone.

Contracted Ribeiro Enterprises to replace our failed septic system/field. I had asked our friends and trusted contractors recommendations - and the Ribeiro was the only company who consistently good reviews. I contacted and met with Dylan Ribeiro in person - we set up an in-person meeting and he went over the entire process with me. Once we decided to move forward, he gave me a full quote and set our expectations for the perc test, engineering work, and the actual install. Everything moved forward according to plan and Dylan was very good with giving me status reports either by phone or email. The job was made challenging due to the limited access to our back yard, but everything went extremely smoothly. We asked Dylan to make some recommendations regarding drainage and run-off and they took care of that at the same time for us. Based on seeing other installations for some friends/neighbors, I was prepared for a big mess in our yard, but that didn't turn out to be the case. Other than the fact that the grass is gone where the new field was located, you really can't tell that a major part of our yard was ripped up and the septic field was replaced. Dylan, and his brother Sean, were excellent to work with - they did a quality job and were great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself - or to recommend them to any of our friends/neighbors.
