We could not have been more pleased. Mr. Rei was available to me throughout the entire job. I have recommended him to many of my neighbors.

They didn't do the work to my satisfaction. Many problems have been found with their work, and I had to find another company to finish the project.

We had hail damage to our roof from the Spring of 2009. Our insurance company adjuster came out and we got a price. After a few unsuccessful tries to get a contractor to meet that price, we were referred to REI Roofing. Lucas Rei came to our house, took measurements and discussed the job with us. Within a week his crew was at work. They worked every day, through sun and rain, to complete the roof to specification. The foreman came to our house on Sunday, the day after the roof was completed, and spent the whole day meticulously removing every speck of debris from our yard (his crew had already removed almost all of it). The roof looks great. They went above and beyond in making the trim pieces as attractive as possible. Lucas Rei was extremely good at communicating with us, including answering his cell phone at all times. All aspects of the job were handled in a very professional fashion. His crew was very friendly and cooperative. They made only the necessary noise and were a pleasure to have at the house. We most highly recommend REI Roofing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with a contractor.

Everything was good overall. Came out at time of appointment. Cleaned up very well.
