Appt was for 9:00am. He did not arrive until 5pm. I had to call twice to get update if he was coming. He showed up with second person. They did the work then told me it would be extra for second person. That was something that should have been told to me upfront.

I am disappointed overall regarding my interactions with the owner. I was attracted to the prospect of working with this company based on its location, the positive sounding reviews, and the coupons. I spoke with the owner on the phone who asked for the address and a picture of the old faucets. I texted them and my registered both text messages as sent. There was no response after a day, so i called again and the owner denied receiving the texts, so I sent them again. I time was scheduled. He cancelled last minute due to an "emergency leak" somewhere. Fine, things happen. I began to communicate through angies list messaging and made a specific time and day that would work. The owner no showed and did not call and has not responded to my messages. All this indicates a lack of respect and professionalism. buyer beware...

He has corrected plumbing issues from other companies, installed hot water tanks, fixed plumbing leaks, frozen pipes, performed annual furnace cleanings, and installed heating and A/C units.
