+ 0 moreMy comments are based on Landmarc's customer service and professionalism. I contact Landmarc in mid-April for a quote on landscaping work I needed done and construction of a new patio and removal of existing deck. Marcus came out within a couple days of my call to look at both projects. He took measurements and notes and told me he'd get back to me within a couple of days with a quote for both jobs. Over 1 week later no quote so I called Landmarc for status of quote. Marcus' comment was they were busy, he was working on my patio design and that he'd get back to me in a few days. Needless to say I'm still waiting for the quote. I can't speak to the quality of their work but two thumbs down for their customer service. Landscape work has been competed and I have a contractor for the patio. Will not be calling Landmarc for anything else in the future.

+ -1 moreThe crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and finished in 3 days. They cleaned up all debris and reseeded the lawn. Looks amazing!
Description of Work: Replaced all the rotted railroad ties with a beautiful stone wall. It was a 3-4 foot high wall that ran the length of my backyard. It was a very challenging project but they exceeded my expectations!

Description of Work: Marcus installed a 12 x 12 ft paver patio with a stone retaining wall and 2 sets of steps to accomodate for the change in grade. The patio was installed in the back corner of my foundation in an area prone to flooding and erosion due to the slopes from the side and front yards. The hill was excavated out to provide a nice level patio area for relaxation and entertainment. The stone retaining wall and flagstone steps provide a safe transition from the hilly side yard into the backyard. Marcus was responsive to my concerns about the change in grade between the new patio and the existing cement patio in the back yard and so he installed a second set of steps improving that transition. His crew was punctual, took great care in not disturbing the existing lawn to do the work and cleaned up after themselves. The crew acted in a professional manner throughout the installation. The only thing I was less than totally satisfied with was in the reseeding in the area right around the new patio. The rainstorms we had in the days following the job washed much of the seed away and i had to replace it. I have Marcus and his crew provide my lawn care, edging, mulching and spring/fall clean-ups ,and I am also very pleased with how well the lawn looks. I will use Landmarc Landscaping for any future landscape projects i have.
