We are over the moon with the way our kitchen turned out! A beautiful transformation! Jesse and crew did a wonderful job. They met with us frequently to understand our vision. They had many suggestions and their many years of experience helped in finalizing and customizing our updated kitchen. A true mix of the old and new. Jesse was very patient, especially with our frequent indecisiveness and with a significant change to our floor layout. He was very flexible with our schedule. He was very responsive. Their workmanship and attention to detail was top notch!! We highly recommend Kitchen Tune Up!

Kitchen Tune up was fantastic! They had great ideas, showed up when they said they would, worked great together, and finished in 2 days! I got pull outs, storage cabinets, and lazy Susan’s. I even got a pull out to stand up my pizza and cookie sheets. Jesse was easy to work with and I’d recommend him to anyone wanting kitchen refacing or remodeling done.

From start to finish, I could not be happier with my refaced kitchen. Everyone was great to work with. Mike supplied the quote and helped me with cabinet door choices. He was very well informed and answered all my questions. Next, Jesse and Dave completed the installation In just 2 days. They were both professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job. They did the most amazing job! From designing our dream kitchen using some of our existing floor plan and also adding additional cabinets and countertops. The created my dream kitchen. The process was extremely quick and Jesse has been incredibly responsive with any follow up work. Can't say enough about this team.

So, it’s taken me a few weeks to write this review because I didn’t know where to start. So, I decided to just ramble and get it all out. I had the great fortune of working with Mike and Jesse Dugan from Kitchen Tune-Up Norton wholly by accident. I had just downsized into my condo in a new town. The place was perfect except for the old, outdated kitchen. The layout was exceptional, but the cabinets were awful and some just didn’t function at all. I didn’t want to redo everything because the bones were good. It just needed a facelift and some tweaking to the guts – replacing drawers and pantry insides, adding pull outs – you know…bringing it into the 2020s. I’ve renovated plenty of kitchens in the past, so was highly skeptical of the re-facing option. Out of curiosity, and because I kept getting pop ups on social media, I reached out to them. Mike responded almost immediately. He came out, assessed my kitchen, and walked me through the process of what was possible. And, what was possible, was beyond anything I had initially thought possible! His son, Jesse, was a whiz when it came to making all the theoretical stuff come together on paper. I don’t know how he did it, but he did it! We removed a doorway, took down a full wall and made it a half wall. We installed a hood and the range of my dreams. He made every cabinet and drawer functional and beautiful. He moved around existing cabinets and even added a few new to make my serviceable, ugly duckling kitchen into a show piece – truly! And, at a fraction of the cost to build new! I’m giddy! He suggested adding storage where wasted space had been. He suggested ways to make the kitchen more functional. He added reinforced drawers for heavy cast iron pots and pans that I cook with every day. And, on top of all of that, the trades people (plumber, electrician, carpenter, tile installer, and counter top fabricator) that they trust and suggested are beyond superb! Honestly, I’ve never had better service. Every single one of them responded immediately to inquiries and texts, provided timely and reasonable quotes, showed up when they said they would, the moved heaven and earth to work closely with Kitchen Tune-Up to stay on track and on schedule - unheard of (unfortunately) in this current day and age. My kitchen was done in record time and I literally cried when I saw the final product. I could not be any happier and I’m already saving up to redo the baths with them in the future. If you are thinking of refacing your kitchen, please do yourself a HUGE favor and call them!

We love our new kitchen! Mike was a great communicator from the first phone call and throughout the whole process. Jessie, Dave and Steven were professional and punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Their work was done exactly as promised and was amazing to see the transformation of our kitchen in 2 1/2 days. We never once felt uneasy about the whole process. They listened to our requests and also made recommendations. Perfectly. Our 54 year old kitchen looks brand new. New doors, drawers, fridge surround, paneled island, crown all incredibly well done. KYU team is a well-oiled machine with an amazing work ethic and a great sense of humor.

Words are not enough to express how happy we are with our experiences with Mike and his fabulous crew! We have used them twice, having moved recently, and both times the results exceeded our expectations. The kitchen project in our current home involved a complete kitchen remodel. They also built beautiful floor to ceiling bookcases and an entertainment center. I honestly believe there is nothing their crew can't do! Mike and his son, Jessie, are a joy to work with, and above all, are good listeners. We always felt they had our best interest at heart, and that the project was a collaborative effort. Hi,Mike Thank you so very much for my beautiful kitchen cabinets. I love my kitchen now even though it is still a work in progress. From start to finish it was a pleasurable experience. You made a project of this nature seem so effortless. I am so pleased with the quality of your products and your workmanship. Jesse, Tom and Tom's son were so knowledgeable,clean and courteous. They work so well together. We still have lighting to hang, a window to replace,paint to touch up and moldings to hang. But WOW what a difference. I am in love with it. In seeking to reface my kitchen cabinets, I spoke with Mike, an owner of the firm. It quickly became clear that my very limited budget would not allow his company to do the job for me. Nonetheless, although there was no advantage for him, Mike spent considerable extra time explaining my options, and helped steer me away from the approach toward which I had been leaning. I thought it worth sharing my experience as an example of the character of this company’s leadership.

It went seemlessly! The crew was here for only days and did a spectacular job refacing our kitchen cabinets. Mike helped us select what turned out to be positively perfect for our style and our kitchen needs! Very nice customer service and I would definitely use them again, as well as recommend to anyone I know looking to make an upgrade to they’re home.

We were referred to Kitchen Tune-up by a friend who had used them successfully on two occasions. Mike was very prompt and came to our home early one Friday evening to make his presentation. He presented everything clearly and professionally. He had several recommendations to customize our space. He also has a good business relationship with a local counter fabricator. Based on his professionalism, fair price and the fact that he hand-makes the cabinets himself, we decided to go with Mike and Kitchen Tune-up for the cabinets and his recommended company for counters. Mike was an invaluable asset in the process. If we had any questions or concerns, Mike immediately addressed them. He was extremely helpful and patient. We really felt like we got a design consultant for no extra charge! The cabinet installation went very smoothly. The Kitchen Tune-up crew was able to come a day early. They paid great attention to detail and worked hard to make sure everything was right. The final cost was very fair and exactly as Mike had quoted. We are extremely happy with Kitchen Tune-up and our new kitchen looks beautiful. We strongly recommend them for anyone looking for a great product and professional installation at a fair price.

Mike was the best contractor i have ever worked with. That's not a lie! Very responsive, honest and extremely knowledgeable. They gave us options, told us when they would be able to perform the work. His team totally transformed our kitchen in 2 days and left no mess. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

I had wanted to do a makeover/update on my 1980s/90s kitchen. I knew I wanted to change the Linoleum to hardwood flooring, the Formica countertops to quartz, paint to real tile on the backsplash, and beige appliances to stainless steel, I considered new cabinets but structurally they were still really good so I figured I’d just paint them white Then I consulted Kitchen Tune Up,. I sent pics and cabinet count through email . they got back to me right away with an estimate . I spoke by phone with Mike’s wife, Janice. Both are very knowledgable They suggested redooring and painting the bases. I thought well, why I wouldn’t I just paint the doors too . She said yes, and it will look good. but with all the other upgrades the cabinet style will still say 1980s…. ah ha moment for me We went with white shaker style doors on the cabinets and the outcome is amazing I have my dream kitchen and even now 4 years later it still wows me I love it! I can’t say enough good things about Mike and Jessie. They were here as promised and completed in a timely fashion. They were great to work with and made great suggestions to enhance our kitchen. We had one mishap after they completed their job and they quickly came back and worked with us to get the issue resolved. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

I was completely satisfied with the work Mike and Jesse did with my kitchen cabinets. Our kitchen was transformed into a beautiful maple kitchen in 2 days. All the cabinets are of excellent quality. All workers were very polite and cleaned up each day. Wish we hadn't waited so long to do this work.

Excellent! Mike, Jesse and their crew were excellent to work with from start to finish. Our kitchen is good-sized, but built in the mid-90's, it needed an update - refaced cabinets, new counter tops, as well as some custom cabinetry and drawers - to improve function in a "desk" area of the kitchen which was otherwise not well utilized. Mike and Jesse were extremely knowledgeable and provided great suggestions at the start of and during the project, even small details, which made a big difference. The initial cost estimate was on target and the work was completed within budget and on a timeline approaching the holidays - all was done before Christmas! The quality of the cabinets/counter tops and craftsmanship is excellent and we've received many compliments on the beautiful new kitchen!! We would definitely hire KTU in the future and would definitely recommend them!
