Prompt, polite and did a couple of extra things such as repairing a cracked cabinet door and securing a cabinet that was pulling away from the wall.

After interviewing several kitchen contractors, we ultimately decided to use Kitchen Tune Up based on their estimated cost of services and their suggestions for how to best utilize our existing space. Mike and Jessie were easy to work with, listened to our concerns and were able to produce an end product that far exceeded our expectations. Even after the "major" work was done, our minor issues were not overlooked or forgotten and all the details were taken care of! I highly recommend hiring Kitchen Tune Up to do your kitchen remodel!!

I couldn't be more pleased!! Mike (the owner) always returned my phone calls the very next day. Even when the job was done and he was paid in full, he still returned my phone calls the next day, when I had a question. Mike has an eye for design. I had a lot of cabinet styles to choose from. Everyone associated with this company was extremely pleasant and polite. They were efficient and accommodating. One of the carpenters noticed that I needed a wedge under a small step in my garage for my husbands wheel chair, and made one without being asked. He also made me some shelves from my old cabinet doors. These are the wonderful people associated with this company. They were all a pleasure to have in my house. Of course the main thing is, I was very pleased with the way my kitchen turned out. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to my friends or anyone else.

The team from start to finish - Mike, Jesse, Dave and the whole team were excellent! Showed up on Monday, and worked straight through till every detail was taken care of. They had excellent ideas and were super accommodating to actually do what worked for me, like adding a shelf for cookbooks and a charging station for cell phones, etc.. Workmanship was excellent. I can't say enough positive things about working with Kitchen Tune -Up South Shore. From start to finish the experience was excellent. They know their business and treat you and your home with respect. Mike Dugan is easy to deal with, very approachable, knowledgeable and he goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. His wife is kind and handles the scheduling. Jesse Duggan is a master at his craft and did an amazing job directing the install. He is remarkable in his ability to solve every challenge. Measurements were precise and the work performed exactly as promised. I am very happy with the finished product. This company goes the extra mile and that explains the well deserved "A" rating. Doing a kitchen or any major project can be fun but also stressful. If you want the comfort and relief that comes with knowing you hired a real "pro" to do your kitchen, look no further than the Dugans.' And, it doesn't hurt that the subcontractors they use for electrical, tile and plumbing are top notch as well.

They were professional and friendly and it was fun just watching them all work together. They seemed to like working together, and kidded each other in a professional and friendly way. They cleaned up after each workday and often there was 5 or 6 of them with all their tools in my kitchen all at once, yet they never seemed to get in each others' way. Mike put me in touch with a plumber who even came on a Sunday afternoon to disconnect my sink in preparation for granite counter tops to be installed on Monday. On Tuesday afternoon the plumber was back to connect my new kitchen sink and faucet. All phases of my kitchen project went along like clockwork thanks to Kitchen Tuneup and their workers.

Very pleased with the service and quality of the job. A pleasure to work with the team, kept the work site clean. Rec'd many positive responses from friends and family who saw the kitchen when complete.

The Dugan's were a true pleasure to work with. From our initial consultation with Mike through the end of the project, Mike, Jesse and their team were awesome. The quality of their work was phenomenal, they completed the project in record time and the kitchen looks awesome! We originally were going to install custom cabinets, but after consulting with Mike and seeing the quality of his refacing, we were convinced otherwise. The final product exceeded our expectations. Mike's thorough consulting and great design plan lead us down the best path for us and we are thrilled with the end result.

The experience with Kitchen TuneUp could not have gone better. Mike and his team were professional, thorough, prompt, skilled and easy to work with during the whole project. Mike's experience and advice helped guide us through the selection process and he explained each step of the project as we went along. Mike and his crew were fun to work with and they took care of all the small details, down to cleaning the kitchen up at the end of each day of work. Awesome. They are very professional and efficient and know what they're doing. Both their contractors and counter top teams were great as well. Instead of trying to sell us the most expensive option, Mike knew we wanted to spruce up the kitchen in order to sell and he advised us of the cheapest option for our needs. He cares more about his customers and less about making the most money. We would totally use them again!!!!

From the very first contact Mike was very easy to talk to. We discussed what I disliked about the cabinets I had, and my expectations for what I wanted in the end. I found out that I had natural cherry cabinets (with natural blond veining). It was the blond areas combined with the dated cathedral doors, that I really disliked, and wanted to update.The functionality of the kitchen was fine so I decided to just replace the doors, drawers, and hardware. The next step in the process was the date Mike set to come with his son and measure for everything. What a pleasure. He and his son, Jesse were on time and professional , and by it's end, Mike already felt like a trusted a family member. After all Jesse's measurements were done, Mike gave me a delivery date . I had decided to go with cherry again this time, but all one color and in the shaker style. I added the soft close drawers and special "lift" hinges on the cabinet door over the range. The TRANSFORMATION was yesterday. Again, what a day! The installation went something like a well oiled machine with the interjection of family kidding around. That's because that's exactly what it was, as I came to find out. All of the six men who came to do their magic were father's, son's or nephew's. I watched as they all seemed to love what they did as much as each other . By the end of the day my Kitchen had been updated to this century and looks modern and no longer dated. I just finished nine months of remodeling in this house with several different contractors, and there just is no comparison between the level of excellence of work that was done by Kitchen Tune Up. I wish I had another kitchen, because I wouldn't hesitate a minute to call them again. If you are contemplating new or refacing cabinets, PLEASE don't just consider price (unless you absolutely have to). Mike at Kitchen Tune Up is not only a very honest and fair business man, but his knowledge of woods and use of high quality products will leave you as happy as I m with your decision to have gone with the best.

Mike Duggen , his wife Janice, and son Jessie were extremely informative, skilled, and helpful. The transformation due to their work; re-dooring , adjustisted our slightly off alignment cabinet tops and added crown molding is remarkable! they advised remove an old style built in desk and gave me great design to take its place. Jessie, the son did The measuring and it was intricate detailed and flawless. I have a new beautuifully updated kitchen at more than half the cost of new cabinets. I could not be more impressed with the Quality of work they did , the respect for my property, the maticulous job of cleanup. They also gave me great advise in referring me to try Boston Premier flooring for our floors and Boston Fabrication for the countertops. The backsplash is scheduled to be installed in a couple of weeks by another great find they gave, in Lee Ellsworth ,the tile Guy.

We've lived in our house for 30 years, and I've dealt with dozens of workers over that time. The Kitchen Tune-up folks are among the absolute best. I can't recommend the workmanship, personal service, and quality product they deliver highly enough. It's a family business, and you deal with the core staff every step of the way. There are no second-string crews sent out to manage your order. We set a date for the work to be done and they showed up that morning. The installers seem to enjoy working together.; it was fun to have them around for three days. (That's the amount of time they said the job would take, and it did.) The job was originally scheduled to take three days and they completed it in two. The end result to our breath away.

We wanted white cabinets and Kitchen Tune Up had a variety of door styles to choose from in RTF, stained wood and painted wood. Doors were available in white or bisque - we chose bisque. Mike, the owner, was very knowledgeable and provided pros and cons of each type to help us with our selection. Mike also provided pros and cons of granite and quartz countertops and his wife, Janice, helped with the selection process. Kitchen Tune Up did a quality job when performing the work. The cabinets are shaker style and the drawers align perfectly with the cabinets. They replaced the panels on both sides of the refrigerator. They even applied the bisque material to the ends of the cutting board that slides out of the island. Boston Fabrication, the recommended subcontractor for the countertop, also did a quality job. The countertops are Cambria Quartz with a 1/2 bullnose edge. They provided a layout of the countertops before making the countertops to get our approval for where a seam would be located. Lee The Tile Guy, the recommended subcontractor for the tile work, also did a quality job. He is a perfectionist. He made recommendations for where to shop for tile and what materials and wear codes are best for kitchen floors. He insured that the tile height was the same as the floors in the adjoining rooms. The installation took several days. He kept the laundry area functional for as long as possible and provided access to the refrigerator for the entire time. Premier Plumbing, the recommended plumber, also did a quality job. They worked with Kitchen Tune Up to coordinate the schedule and disconnected and reconnected the water to minimize the loss of use. The bathroom faucet was backordered and was not available when the plumber came to reconnect the water and install the kitchen faucet. He came back free of charge to install the bathroom faucet once it was available. Before beginning, this project seemed overwhelming. Kitchen Tune Up and their subcontractors presented the options and helped simplify the selection process. They provided quality materials and services at very reasonable prices. This was a positive experience. We love our new kitchen. We highly recommend Kitchen Tune Up and their subcontractors.

During the spring I decided to remodel my kitchen as well as the cabinets and countertops in my bathrooms. After extensive research locally and on-line, I came across Kitchen Tune-Up located in Norton, MA. This company offers a variety of services from cabinet refacing to new cabinetry installation. After meeting with Mike and Janice Dugan, I knew that this was the right company for me. My experience with Kitchen Tune-Up was very positive and the owners were very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciated their professionalism and the quality of work from start to finish surpassed my expectations. The entire job encompassed refacing cabinets, installing countertops, tile and backsplash, electrical work for new appliances and fixtures, and installation of sinks and faucets, I was very pleased with the work that was done and with those who performed the jobs. I also have received wonderful complements from family and friends which makes me feeI very proud of the decision I made to hire this company. My wife and I met Mike and Jesse at a Home Show last March. Consequently, we scheduled an in-home appointment with Mike in April at which time we made our product selection decisions and signed the contract. Having gone through a full-kitchen remodel [down to the studs] within the past four years [another residence] that lasted almost two months, this 2 1/2 day installation was heaven! And, the price was SIGNIFICANTLY less. Everything promised was delivered in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Finished job is OUTSTANDING in every way possible. Mike and Jesse are extremely easy to work with and they will endeavor to answer all your questions before, during and after completion of the job.

We had a 27 year old kitchen that badly needed an upgrade. We went to home shows, reviewed several websites, and received a couple of estimates from other kitchen refacers which we were not comfortable with. We found Janice, Mike, and Jesse while looking for a company in the area, called Mike and explained what we wanted. We visited their home showroom which had everything they offer to include their own beautiful kitchen. We discussed selection alternatives, colors, and cost estimates. Then Mike and Jesse came to our house and were helpful in suggesting kitchen options for types of cabinets and layouts, organization, lighting, backsplash, and cost options. They also helped with tile suppliers, electrician, and tile installer. The job went perfectly, the team was right on schedule, efficient, and made several adjustments at no additional costs. We were really satisfied with the entire experience. These guys exceeded our expectations. They were professional, courteous, and an enjoyable group to work with. The installation is truly quality workmanship.

Added nice quartz counter tops, new cabinets, built an island, and upgraded the whole kitchen. Professional, friendly, he comes on time, he is up front on cost. He actually came in below cost. He cleaned up afterwards and was very neat. He protected my walls and floor. I did not know what to ask for, and he walked me through step by step explaining everything along the way.

Mike suggested I visit his showroom to select doors, hardware and countertops. Very pleasant experience working with Kitchen tune-up. There was no pressure, only constructive suggestions. I am very pleased with the refacing of my kitchen cabinets. My 1968 kitchen is now beautiful and updated. They are great people to work with, and I would highly recommend Kitchen Tune-up. They are most concerned that you are happy when work is completed.

We started the process in November and completed the installation in February. They were most accommodating when I asked to add in end panels when originally I had included them partially and then chose a different panel design. Mike was able to a change my order working a bit of a miracle to get it included in my original order and managed to keep the cost contained as well. Cold not have asked for more of him. I also later, after the first order was installed, had to add in more cabinets when the stone counter top required more support. Again Mike responded quickly and timely to allow the counter installation to complete in late February. Mike and crew were timely, helpful, offered suggestions and then performed the work with respect for my home including professional workmanship, tireless effort and cleanliness. The dollars were in line with what I had expected to spend in a 'tune-up' for the kitchen and it looks absolutely wonderful. My worn out, broken and discolored cabinets now look bright, white and fresh again! The bead board end panels are especially beautiful lifting the style in the kitchen over the top! Wonderful! Great job!

mike came to our house, he made a few suggestions to make our kitchen seems a little larger and more functional. he had ideas that we never even thought of! then he suggested that we go to his showroom to pick out doors, drawer fronts, hardware etc.(he has a lot to choose from!) once they started the work they were quick, efficient, and very neat. everything ran very smoothly. it's amazing how my 1970's kitchen transformed into a beautiful and updated kitchen in just a few days! thanks again mike and your team for such a wonderful job! 9
