+ -1 moreDoug came out to check out the work shortly after I contacted him, and followed up with an estimate that evening. He was very flexible in working with us to get the work done before our scheduled open house. Doug took care of getting the paint for us, power washed everything (including our front walkway and steps) and painted the front porch and back deck.

Description of Work: I used the Helpful Handyman, Icalled up and explained why I called. We came to an agreeable appointment. When Steve came at the appointed time He did an estimate which was also was very agreeable. Actually, I was very surprised. The cost was very, very reasonable. Steve was very very efficient, Proffessional + Friendly. Unfortuneately My Son, in the meantime got hold of one of his long time friends ( Which I did not have knowledge of). Who owed him a favor. and did it for just the cost of materials. Which John did an excellent job. But since has passed away. I'm awful sorry that I have put this off, because I would like to get back in touch With Steve as I have a bigger job that needs to be done. And I think that Because of Steve's Proffessionalism, I think that he would be the man for the job. Someone that I think I could trust, and would give me a reasonable Price. Thanx again Steve.

He was very prompt in responding to my inquiry, came to the house to assess the job, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He called if he was unable to make an appt as scheduled, which was much appreciated. He finished in the time allotted, and was responsive to our questions/concerns. The repairs to our walls and the paint job look great, and we were very satisfied with the results!
Description of Work: Painting kitchen/breakfast area, family room, foyer, stairwell and upstairs hall; trim-work in upstairs hall.
