Description of Work: Peter framed up our garage and set the doors and windows. he will finish the exterior trim in the spring. He is a fantastic carpenter with great attention to detail. he does both finish and rough carpentry equally well and cares about the finished product. He is not in it for the paycheck. it is his passion and his work shows it.

+ 0 moreI called them for an estimate and made an appointment to show the bathroom I wanted remodeled. They came out to my house to look at my half bath but never did supply me with an estimate.
Description of Work: No services were performed just an appointment to provide an estimate.

He was one of three contractors that provided estimates, and he was not the lowest, but he was fabulous in every way. If you talk to Peter and get my contact info from him, I can provide a more detailed reference, and unqualified praise of his work.
Description of Work: Brennan Building and Renovating Co. did an addition to our single-family home that included three rooms and a beautiful master bath.
