+ -1 moreHe's an excellent, customer-service oriented man. He stayed within the estimate and did some extra work including changing some outlets to ground outlets. He was very professional and I would highly recommend to anyone that needs electrical work to talk to him.
Description of Work: He replaced the bathroom heater exhaust vent.

+ -1 moreI am so impressed with his integrity, and his professionalism. He called each evening to confirm his arrival time for the next day. He was punctual, neat and courteous. He clearly understands the concept of excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Bill updraded my electrical service, installed pendant and ceiling fixtures, and electrical outlets in a kitchen remodel. He installed sconces in the living room and he retro-fitted on/off switches to accommodate the existing wiring. He hardwired a carbon monoxide detector. He replaced very old flourescent lighting in the basement for more contemporary task lighting. He noticed that the stove outlet was broken and fixed it for me.
