About us

Jim Carr and Linda Smiaroski are both licensed contractors in Massachusetts for residential and commercial projects. We both perform all quoting, carpentry and customer service duties. We have a relationship with several sub-contractors and suppliers developed over 40 years of being in business. We offer contracts and request a 10% deposit with the acceptance of a contract. We will create a payment schedule if necessary with balances due at the time of completion. We will supply references on request.

We offer general contracting services for large and small projects - new buildings and additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, garage and barn construction. We perform all carpentry tasks for large and small projects including framing, siding, window and door installations, cabinet and flooring installations, finish interior and exterior trim.

We do not do Lead or Asbestos abatement.
