John is a very friendly person. He pays attention to details and listens carefully to his customers. He showed on time and put in his best efforts to replace a bathroom ceiling's fan, then he painted the ceiling. It took him a couple of attempts to figure out the best finish for our ceiling, but he eventually did an amazing job and we are all very pleased with the outcome. I will most likely hire him for other future jobs.

John did a very good job in sealing a leaking window area near our roof. He even took pictures of the problem area to show us how he fixed it. We were very pleased with his work.

Wasn’t as diligent on the project as I would have liked. So so work. Careless about the nails he pulled after I told him I didn’t want my dogs stepping on them so I picked up because my concern seemed to fall on deaf ears. Showed up on time and finished the job.

For a small job (patch holes caused by hummingbird), John provided me a timely and affordable estimate, while other contractors gave me fixed price 4-5 times higher than what I paid for John's work. John did a great job. I would hire him again and recommend his services.

John has done a several of projects for us. He rebuilt our bulkhead stairs, replaced the cupola on our roof and assisted in removing and disposing of some very heavy furniture. In all cases John john was punctual, did great work and came in under budget! We are extremely happy with his work and will call on him again.

John Graham replaced a fault Lally column in our basement and also sanded/painted the remaining columns to extend their life. John was super responsive from the moment we connected. He called/emailed in a timely manner. He was very respectful in our house while doing the work. And his price was competitive with the other bids we received. He was a wonderful person and did his job well. We were very pleased with him. With out a doubt we would hire him again.
