About us

Roofs with algae, moss, black stains, lichen (lichen and moss can actually wrap itself around the shingles creating more damage) which will lead to major issues if not cleaned, insurance companies have threatened to cancel policies if not removed. We can clean your roof to make it look like new again. We use a soft tip on a pressure washer, which does not do any damage to your shingles, as well as an echo-friendly, bio-degradable soap. Results are seen in a few hours. For an extra fee we also offer a preventative maintenance which will keep the roof clean up to a year and should be done annually.

Terrific! Bob explained everything in advance. He called to confirm the time the day prior to the cleaning and he and his son arrived exactly when he said they would. Spent a few hours on the roof and cleaned everything up, including the gutters, before leaving. The roof looks like new! Highly recommend!!
