Description of Work: Replaced approx 24 windows. Very professional. When we had a question about the screens, after the installation, they immediately sent someone over. An answer by phone would have sufficed - it was a matter of us not understanding a step in putting the screens back in - but they went all out and sent a rep, who spent about 5 minutes with us because it was such a simple solution! They're terrific!

Description of Work: These new windows are more drafty than our old 35 year old Anderson windows were. They have come out several times but the problem still exist. They have not corrected the problem yet. I'm still working on it, over two years now. I believe it is a bad design with a big open gap at the bottom that lets all the cold air in through the bottom of the window. And the weather stripping around the window when it closes does not meet in the corners, thus also letting the cold air in. I am not a happy Anderson customer. At this point in time I cannot and will not recommend Anderson Windows to anyone. So let my problem be a warning to you.

Description of Work: The sales rep geared his presentation towards us the customer. The challenge is while the product may or may not preform to support the cost. Ultimately the Windows felt like plastic and the cost was high. Even with discounts the cost for 12 Windows was going to be over $20,000. What was great is there was no pressure to sign and Chris gave complete answers to our questions. He took the time to be sure we understood his product, but after all things were considered we will be going a different route. What was a bit of a challenge were the calls prior to Chris coming to confirm his visit.

Description of Work: Replaced 12 windows in the house. Was done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and a thorough walk thru was done when they were finished.

Description of Work: Installed 8 replacement windows. Showed up on time, completed work within about 7 hours. Cleaned up after all the work was done. Very professional job.

Description of Work: They replaced virtually every single window in my house (about 30). The original sales person was not very helpful as they sold me on zero percent financing, yet they could not provide me with that and I had to pay cash. I have excellent credit and good cash reserves but the finance company they used was TERRIBLE. The installers were true craftsmen, providing perfect work and hitting all their promised dates. I would use them again for sure as the windows are great and I have had no issues with the work (and they had to build out a bay window, and build frames for several other windows).

Description of Work: The windows are terrific! The installers did not enclose the work areas as I'd expected----not a terrible thing, but not great, either. (there needs to be better communication between the guy selling, who told me what to expect, and the crew.) They did pretty well on cleanliness, overall. We had some difficulty communicating about a window that needed to be wired for the alarm system. They were not as nice about it as I would have liked. It all turned out ok in the end, though. | |

Description of Work: Replaced a 6 ft sliding patio door. In 2013, we had them replace 4 windows. Same great service.
