Everything went great. I've called Northboro twice (I actually called Curtis Septic, but I think they're the same company). Every time, the person who answered the phone was professional and took time to explain how everything works. The actual pumping was uneventful but the gentleman who came out took time to explain things and teach me about septic systems. Thanks! Will use again.

They were very prompt and professional. The gentleman arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and neatly.

It did not go as expected. It took months to have all the documents ready and I was left in limbo the entire time. I had to call to ask when they were schedule to come. one week before the appointment they call to cancel. They came the following week and still days or hours before the work there was no sound of them. Noone called that morning I had to call to see if they were still coming. The tank was installed with a filter that needed maintenance every 6 months. When the inspector came to inspect the work he asked me why I had the company install the filter since it was not needed and caused more maintenance than anything else. I told him I wasnt aware of the option not to have the filter and I told him that Kenny informed me that the filter only needed to be clean every 2 years. The inspector then points to me that the plastic cover of the tank (a green plastic top that supposed to remain uncovered a few feet from my front door!) had written on it that the filter needed maintenance every 6 months and not 2 years! I called the company to remove the filter which of course they did not want to remove because I would have not needed their maintenance anymore........ They came without telling me and covered the entire tank with dirt. Then I find out that they never informed the inspector of their work that needed to be inspected again after the removal of the filter. The inpsector had to call them and ask to came back and dig again to "show" him that the filter had been removed... At the end I received the OK from the inspector. The company did not act professionally from the beginning.

We had a septic backup at our house, so we needed to replace the blocked waste pipe that went from our house to our septic tank. I obtained quotes for this service from 3 companies, and I felt Northboro Septic was the most professional and best value. None of the other companies explained to me that this type of work should be inspected by the town's Board of Health. They scheduled the town inspection and came to do the installation 2 hours earlier so that the ground would be open for the inspection. I felt the owner understood the issues I was facing and accommodated my needs. He scheduled the work within a week which I felt was as quick as I could hope for. The other quotes I received for this work were $3600 and $1800, so I felt I got great value at $830. The workers came when the time was scheduled, did the work, showed it to me while it was open and then closed it up. I'd definitely use them again.

They did a great job and we haven't had any issues at all. They were very efficient and got in and out once all the permits and testing was taken care of and approved - They were done with done the system itself in 3 days.

This is a great company to deal with. The office staff was efficient, polite and professional. The technician was right on time and they even provided their own grass seed to reseed the access point to the tank. What more could you ask for?

They did the job well. Pricing was reasonable. Overall, their service is excellent.

As Above, I could not have been more pleased . This was an expensive undertaking and something about which I knew very little. It went off without a hitch, and everyone from Northboro Septic was wonderful.

The title V inspection was easy and quick. Kenny was very professional and friendly and everything was performed to our satisfaction and we received all of our paperwork quickly. They were able to schedule our repairs quickly as well but the board of health permit approval took longer so we had to reschedule. Once approved, repair work again was completed professionally and earlier than expected. Would not hesitate to use them again. Enjoyed contact with every employee with whom I spoke.

It went very well overall. The company provided a window of time when they expected to arrive and provided a more specific time frame on the day of the appointment; (and they arrived on time, by the way.) The service call was smooth and uneventful. I was particularly impressed that the company did not try to up-sell me additional services that I didn't need. (In fact, they told me that I didn't need the services that the prior company had tried to sell me.) Finally, the company followed up after the service call to make sure everything had gone well. A very good experience overall.

I have used Northboro Septic Service for 20+ years and never been disappointed with their quality of work. I have nothing but good things to say about Andy and everyone that works with him. Regardless of price, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for my septic service.

This is the third time we used them. They were very professional. They answered my questions satisfactorily. They came in when they said they would come. They finished the work within 30 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves. It cost me $205 to pump and dispose it. It cost $25 to dig up the place where the tank was. When they covered it up again they saved all the grass and put it in a neat turf file. It looks so neat we can’t tell where they dug up. I have had no experience with the price so I can’t gauge them on that issue.

I have used this company for several years and found them to be extremely helpful and courteous. I had a few issues with the state of my system and they were quite helpful in diagnosing the problem and providing alternatives to mitigate.
