They came out to do a site survey and an assessment of the space. The manager (Lucci?) arrived on time, was very easy to work with and did a great job explaining their process and offered many valuable suggestions and options to transform a little used area of our property into a small practice field for kids soccer. The quote arrived a few days later, and was exactly what I was expecting to see as far as details and called out all the optional addons we had discussed. The quote was also more affordable than I was expecting, and we will definitely use them this fall when we're planning on moving forward with the work.

New England Style, Inc., run by Luciano, did some excavation work, built a large deck, and replaced the siding on one side of the house. The work was very well done and Luciano and his team are very conscientious. In the process of building the deck, they discovered a rotten sill (old house) and they were able to lift the house and replace the sill without issue. The deck was on the pricey side mainly because the materials are pricey -- used Azek and Trex. Their labor rates are very good. I highly recommend New England Style, Inc.

From the start a language barrier existed that caused plenty of miscommunications? throughout the entire project. Work that was assured to be performed was not, and a lot of the work that was performed was not up to the standards I requested or expected. I would be assured that things would be corrected only to find out, usually too late to change, that they were not ! The owner, in my opinion, did not understand English well enough to completely get what I was asking for. That's the only plausible reason I can fuigure for why he would always tell me he was going to do/fix something and then not do it still. When I was told costs would be" X" amount, the costs always turned out to be more. I was told I would be given receipts to show the cost of the deck materials - this never happened.
