+ -1 moreI would like my money back for the purchase of the railings minus the $100 for labor for the reworking of the sidewalk even though I am not satisfied with the quality of the work. I have tried repeatedly since the second week in July to get in touch with Mr. Lovett, both via email and phone messages left on his cell. I have not had one reply back from him. I cannot mail him a check for the labor because I do not have an address for him. I always paid him in person as he was usually there when I got home from work. I am very baffled as to his behavior.
Description of Work: Quote 1: Installation of 2 railings. Materials paid for ($300). Job never began jobs. Quote 2: Point wall and Bulkhead. Materials and Labor paid for even though I was not happy with the job he did. Quote 3: Rework Walkway. Materials paid for. I never saw him during this job and did not pay him for the labor as I kept expecting him to come back. I was not happy with the quality of this job either. He got married that weekend and apparently went on a month long honeymoon. I caught up with him by phone on the evening of July 4th. He assured me he would be back in the next week to paint the porch and install the railings. I never heard from him again. Quote 4: Rebuild porch and paint porch. Materials and Labor were paid for. The quality of the work was very good but he only primed, never returned to paint the porch.
