Hal Krause Plumbing

Hal is an independant plumber so you're not paying for any company overhead or marketing fees. He's a straight-shooter, is very reasonably priced and arrived on time and does excellent work. He's a craftsman and it shows in the high quality of his work.

Update to yesterday's review. Hal got in contact with me, and the problem was resolved. Much more satisfied with the work done.

Hal was great to deal with. He showed up when he was supposed to and did great work. He was able to locate a part that was hard to find, which saved having to cut a hole in a wall. I will use him again for sure.

Hal was pleasant, courteous and professional from the very beginning. He provided a competitive estimate for all work and stuck to it. Some additional demolition was required in the shower, which we agreed on a price for. I was the GC for the remodel. He did all of the rough work and came back when we were just about finished to connect all of the fixtures. He left the bathroom in better shape than when he arrived each time he was there. Hal is the hardest working plumber I have ever worked with. His work was exemplary and of high quality. All inspections passed quickly and without comment. I will definitely hire him again.

Came home one afternoon to a wet carpet on the lower level of our home. Freaked out when I realized that our water heater was majorly leaking. Didn't know who to call until a friend recommended someone she had used in the past--Hal Krause Plumbing of Northborough, MA. I gave him a call and left a message. He called back in an hour and arranged to come out early the next morning to check it out for me. He arrived right on time and showed me all the corrosion on the bottom and arranged to get me a new water heater A.S.A.P. He arrived again that afternoon and installed it! I was so happy to have hot water once again! I am glad to finally have a plumber that I can call and trust to do a great job!
