Bug Bully Pest Control

We had a problem with cicada killing wasps in our back yard. After viewing Mike's YouTube video, we gave him a call. He was knowledgeable, prompt, took care of the problem and followed up when needed. Many of the other exterminators that I called didn't even know how to treat for cicada killing wasps. His services are reasonably priced and we would definitely hire him again.

So far, so good! Michael is prompt, professional and very pleasant. He is also very reasonably priced (beats all other quotes that I got). His work is warranted. I'd absolutely hire him again (but hopefully won't have to!)

Mike was EXCELLENT with his treatment of the colony. He was very prompt and professional and explained every chemical he planned to use. As a chemistry and environmental science teacher I appreciated that he had a science to his treatment options. Mike killed the colony, sprayed the perimeter of the house inside and out and took care of a minor mouse problem at the same time. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely hire him again if another problem arises.

Mike is EXCELLENT at what he does and how he does it. He walked me through the process of treatment, answered all my questions, and was immediately responsive to my (many) calls and texts. You're in good hands if you have Mike working for you. He is a true pro with compassion and patient attention for those he helps.

Mike responded very quickly to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. He arrived on time and was very professional. He checked for mice and sprayed for bugs around the house. He listened to what I had to say prior to starting any work. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Would use Bug Bully Pest Control in the future.

Michael was prompt in answering my request for help and in scheduling an appointment. His costs were reasonable, especially compared to other companies I contacted. He was very relaxed and required less in the way of pre-treatment prep of the house than other places I called (although we had a very light problem, caught early). There was even some question whether this was bed bugs (a family member had been exposed) or fleas (we have indoor cats, but they are routinely doused with Frontline...so that seemed not so likely to me). Good news is no bites since Michael did the job...whatever they were. And, he will come back if we've more problems. We are sleeping peacefully!!

Went well, did not see any paper wasp flying around after the treatment was performed.

Couldn't find exact location of wasp nest in my rock garden- so he sprayed a bunch of holes in ground and tree stumps and I never saw another wasp- very satisfied-

Very responsive. Had to come back a couple times as the nests were large, but they were eradicated. Will definitely consider in the future.

Angie's list had our old address on file and the service was rendered at our old address. When I reached out to Bug Bully about the mistake, they were kind enough to perform the service at no additional cost at the new address. A good example for delivering customer satisfaction, besides the quality of the work itself.

Mike came out on several occasions for an inspection and treatment for several problem areas we had for bees and wasps. He was very professional, and where he really earned repeat business is that one of the nests was very stubborn. Mike checked in to see if the nest was killed, and when I replied that we still had bees coming out of it, he came back on the same day. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Michael was super responsive to my email which made it real easy to schedule the service. He came when he promised and did a complete/thorough perimeter spraying. Although the mosquito population seems a bit lower this season (perhaps because of the dry spring), the results from the spraying has been great. I was outside last night at 8 PM spreading bark mulch and did not need bug spray which is unusual for me since I usually attract mosquitoes. We are scheduled for another treatment on July 30th so I will update this review later with mosquito status and the results of that treatment. 8/18/2015 - Update - Just want to update my review after the second treatment on 7/30/2015. Results are still excellent, mosquito population is much reduced and I can enjoy my yard again in the early morning and dusk/dark hours. We had a party on August 1 and people were outside well past dark without the mosquitoes being a problem. This has never happened before unless the weather was too cold for the mosquitoes. I've tried everything in the past including, citronella candles, Off mosquito lanterns, and Mosquito Magnets (2) for almost 10 years and although the MM caught a lot of mosquitoes, they never reduced the population as dramatically as Bug Bully's service. I will definitely be using this service again next year because it works!

This is the second time we used Mike. On our 1st house we did not see bugs in the house for almost a full year. In our new home we knew who to call. Even though it was a long drive for him he was on time and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and how it would help. He spent lots of time doing what he needed to do and I did not feel like he was in any rush to leave until the job was done correctly.

Excellent service again, as Mike came out explained everything he intended to do with my Wife who was home at the time. He was professional and again worked quickly but safely. I called him later in the day with a few questions and he answered his phone (so often, I've had to leave messages with other service providers) and answered all of my questions. We have definitely noticed a reduction in the amount of Mosquitoes and after finding several ticks earlier in the season have not had any issues since he sprayed. I Could not be happier with the service provided.

Mike arrived, and was professional both in appearance and in quality of work. He explained what he was going to do, and what I should expect as far as results. He worked quickly, but carefully, and I felt comfortable having him in my house completing this work. I have small children, and he answered all my questions and cleared up any concerns I had about having the treatment done in regards to my kids. I would highly recommend Bug Bully based on my experience with Mike.
