Description of Work: They repaired 4 oriental rugs about 5 years ago. The rugs have come apart since then and have to be repaired again. I would not use this company again and do not recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe service was pretty negative. They had a lot of sales pitch to get me to purchase extra, which I didn't need. The customer service was very poor. When I went to pick up my rugs they weren't even cleaned well. I also had some pads for them to cut and they cut them to the wrong size. I would not use their service nor would I recommend their services to others.
Description of Work: They did rug cleaning for me. They charge per square foot and I took in several rugs to get cleaned. I thought with the amount I had they would give you a little bit of a discount but they didn't.
