Description of Work: I converted from oil to natural gas. Wilson Services removed the old water tank, oil furnace, and oil tank. In turn they installed a new gas furnace, heat pump/ air conditioning unit, and tankless water heater.

Description of Work: This is a septic pumping service. Something that need to get done on a regular schedule. I know that I can call Wilson every 3 years, and we will be there to do the work. They also do a quick inspection of your system and notify you is something doesn't look right.

Description of Work: Wilson Services has become my go-to for heating, a/c and plumbing. I have a somewhat old house renovated 18 years ago. After a prolonged and unfortunate relationship with another local company, Gary Wilson assessed the situation in order for me to continue using my existing systems. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, responsiveness and the professionalism of his crew and office staff. Then, in the midst of a very frigid winter on a weekend (of course), my heating system called it quits. Although his company had not sold or installed it, Gary assisted in getting me through the weekend without frozen pipes or having to stay elsewhere. Early Monday morning, his guys were at my door. They worked sixteen hours that day and by Tuesday afternoon, I had a warm home and a brand-new, highly efficient system I could rely upon. Upon their departure, the work area was impeccably neat and clean. As winter became spring and then summer, I knew that my old (18 years+) a/c was probably on its last season. Having just installed the new boiler, I was determined to wait another year before another big expenditure. Didn't happen. On a day approaching 100 and, again a weekend, suddenly the indoor temperature began creeping up till my second floor was about 90 or so. Repeat performance: Wilson services did all they could. They lent me window units, made sure there was not a fix before proposing a new system. Working with me to spread out the work and expenses, did just what was necessary to get me comfortably through the summer. When I was ready to complete the job of replacing the ductwork, they returned. Once again, the same wonderful crew who were all a delight to have in my home - professional, neat, polite. I don't want to jinx my luck here because I've not had any major plumbing issues but I can additionally say that on the few times I've needed a small repair, I've received the same excellent service. I recommend Wilson Services without hesitation.

Description of Work: the main valve on my gas boiler had failed they diagnosed the problem, bought and installed the replacement part all in a matter of four to five hours.
