+ -1 moreThey have been very competent, friendly, and easy to work with. Not only have they responded very quickly to our needs, but they have gone out of their way to listen to us and to educate us as to the best solutions to problems as they have arisen. We would strongly recommend them. NOTE: I PUT DOWN $0 SPENT SINCE THE FORM REQUIRED A FIGURE TO BE ENTERED THERE. WE HAVE PAID FOR SERVICE OVER THE ENTIRE YEAR. CHARGES HAVE BEEN HIGH BUT FAIRLY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE.
Description of Work: TechCavalry has been performing software and hardware consultation and maintenance for our small medical office for about a year now. They do excellent telephone and email help and they also have come to our office whenever an on-site need has arisen for our computer systems and our network (wireless and direct connection).

+ -1 moreThe person I dealt with on the phone was passive-aggressive from the get go. I told him that I needed a repair estimate to get reimbursed from my third-party warranty provider. At that point, he insisted that the only way he could give me an estimate would be after performing a $49 diagnostic. I told him that I just needed a ballpark estimate and I would be happy to pay for his diagnostic--after I received an estimate that I could use to get paid by my warranty provider. At first, he said he would look up part costs and provide me with an estimate. But then, two minutes later, he told me that looking up a part's cost would be a waste of his time if I didn't hire him. Obviously, I decided to look somewhere else for computer service.
Description of Work: This was a request for a repair estimate on a out-of-warranty Dell desktop.
