It was good, fast, efficient, clean and had a fair price.I am really happy with them, they beat home dept and everyone else in the area as far as price.

If you think you'd get better expertise and service from Sherwin-Williams than one of the big box stores, you'd be thinking wrong. I relied on Sherwin-Williams for recommendations for paint and floor sealing products for a specialized, food-related application. I was concerned about the floor. The Sherwin-Williams technical rep came over to my place, looked it over, and recommended a product. It required meticulous preparation of the concrete floor, which I did. In fact, the factory rep came back over after I finished preparing the floor and said it looked better than most commercial applications he'd done. Confidently, I applied the expensive, epoxy product he recommended and it started flaking after about six months. The technical rep came back, took a paint chip and after many weeks of "lab analysis", he said that the floor was prepared wrong and that it was my fault. But he personally saw the preparation and thought it was great! Was he going to stand behind it and re-do the floor? Absolutely not. Was he going to reimburse me for the cost of the product? Absolutely not. So, what use was his technical advice? Now, it's going to be a tremendous burden in both cost and time to re-do the floor. The Sherwin-Williams rep was useless and their product was useless. I've used the products and expertise at Home Depot and Lowe's. It's excellent. Sherwin-Williams is a disaster. I'll never go there again. They cost me a lot of money and time. If you need paint, paint advice, or floor sealing products, I recommend staying as far away from Sherwin-Williams as possible.
