It was an emergency as a flying squirrel was banging a trap that he/she was partially caught in and it was a Saturday. So the rate was high for just trapping one squirrel. The man was wonderful--I would have hired him. I wanted them to get rid of any others but they were so busy they referred me to another firm. A great recommendation so i am grateful for the service and the recommendation,

They come out about every month or so. The best part is billing actually, they are good about allowing you to sign up for regular service with a discount on the cost and we do that. I don't have anything really to say about negative experience, they do the job. I think we pay about $165 for the whole year's service. They just come by, we don't set up a time or anything, but they do come by.

When I first called, the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and suggested that I try to send in some photos of the bees for identification, since they do not exterminate honeybees. I sent the photos that evening, received a call the following morning, and was able to schedule an appointment for just a couple of days later. The technician arrived right on time and treated both locations. I haven't seen any wasps since.

I have been a customer for many years now. Several years ago I hired Minuteman Pest Control for a 2nd estimate relative to termite repair. The patiently demonstrated how the previous provider attempted to defraud me and advised that no termite damage was present. I've been a customer for regular carpenter ant service since. They've always been responsive and pleasant to deal with, and the on-site techs always seem like decent and polite folks. I would highly reccomend

Was very knowledgeable about my issues and did a good job.

They worked on the day and did the job that they said they would do. They were able to remove the bee's nest just find and there were no further with the bee's.

They were punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. The technician came without a ladder, even though the person who did the initial consultation noted that a ladder would be needed. I'm not sure if that information was actually relayed to the technician and it wasn't a big deal since we had a ladder at the house. Both the interior and exterior were treated and we soon started finding dead carpenter ants. After 2 weeks, we didn't see any more ants, dead or alive. A month later we found an invoice for outside spraying tucked in our door. I called and it turned out that a clerical error put us on the schedule for spring maintenance spraying rather than fall. We didn't have to pay that invoice and the person I dealt with was very courteous.

They have office staff who do all of the initial contact and arrange appointments. The technicians arrived on time or contacted if there was any delay. When the initial baiting was not adequate, they corrected the problem right away. The only downside has been the continued presence of the large bait boxes...I'm not sure if I should dispose of them. I will be contacting them again regarding this!

They did not see any indication of WDI activity. They were on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. The consultation was free of charge and they offered some information signs of pest activity. I would use them again if I need them.

The person who came out felt very strong that the solution was the best way to go versus the bait system. They offered a very good price and handled themselves professionally.

We're going to keep them; I like them. They were very nice and they were good with kids. They sprayed everywhere that made sense and when I asked questions, they answered them. The ants did come back in a spot they hadn't sprayed but they came back and fixed it with a different treatment. I didn't get any other estimates but the price was fair; I didn't even blink an eye at the price.

I wasn't home but the whole carpenter ants seems like a scam because they come for like 10 minutes and puts some powder around. Everybody is nervous about it but all the companies do the same thing.

They were incredible. They were very through in both in their work and in explaining what the problem was and how they would fix it. The owner graduated from UMass.

Very well. Based on my description of what we were experiencing they thought we had just a minor mouse problem and explain that we would continue to hear the mice for a few more weeks as they took the bait set in the traps. It played out just as they explained we heard the mice within our house for a few weeks more. We haven't heard them since.

They come out when you need them too, are quick to take care of the problem and guarantee their work.

They are fantastic. They service people and customer service people are friendly. The guy will call and tell you what time he will be there. He also asks what time is good for you. I am confident in the products they use. They do not leave a mess.

They have a seasonal spray so they don't have to do it over and over. They seem to know what they are doing and they used new methods.
