A very professional job . Our landlord was very happy and even had a showing of the apartment an hour after Jackie left.

She did a good job cleaning although I found some of her methods old fashioned. She worked very hard and stayed for a long time. I felt that she was absolutely trustworthy and left her alone after a few hours.

As mentioned above Jackie has been cleaning for me for about 8 months. She is my third housekeeper and by far the most reliable. Works with very little direction and takes on projects without having to be asked. Highly recommend.

On my first meeting with Jackie, she was very chatty and opinionated about cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, cleaning techniques, and her personal life! A little bit of a red flag went up, since she had something to say about EVERYTHING, but I was desperate for a cleaning person and decided to give her a try since she seemed energetic and had been highly recommended to me by another cleaning person who didn't come to my town. We set a date for a trial cleaning a week later. In that intervening week I got three calls from Jackie. The first was her calling on a Friday night to confirm the day and time, and to just chat. Weird. Then I realized that she was slurring her words and repeating herself, and it occurred to me that maybe she was celebrating Happy Hour at the end of a long workweek. I let this pass as, hopefully, a one-time occurance. The next time she called I wasn't home and my husband took the call. She was calling to confirm the time again, and he thought she sounded totally off her rocker and suggested we call the whole thing off. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided to do the one cleaning. The third call was a message for someone named Jill (not my name) -- Jackie was calling with a question about mopping her floor. I wasn't yet home from driving my son to school the morning she arrived for the trial cleaning, so my husband greeted her. Things didn't go well, and he called me to say that he was pretty sure she was intoxicated, and that he wanted her out of the house. I agreed, and that was the end of Jackie.

Jackie returned my call the same day I left her a message. She was available to meet with me the same week on Saturday with was very convenient. She was very attentive to my requests and called me the same day she cleaned the house to make sure I was happy with the job, I told her I was! The first time it took longer to clean the house, which I expected, but third time she spent less, which is a half hour more than the previous housekeeper but Jackie did more, like cleaning the glass sliding doors, fireplace glass, and more. She is very good and patient with our dog, she calls if she is running late. I am very happy with her service and will recommend her to my friends.

I really like her. Trustworthy, very comfy with her in my house. She even has a key. and thorough, very conscientous. She has a very fair hourly rate. The quality is worth the price.
