HODGE CITY MECHANICAL

I called them last year when my central A/C stopped working in the peak of summer. After having a very bad experience with the Wilson guys who were just ripping off my money under the pretext of diagnosing the problem, I called Hodge City. Surprise- Ron from Hodge City detected the leaking refrigerant right away with the electronic device. He only charged for the trip (which is standard practice) and NOT for the actual detecting process!!! He suggested that the outdoor A/C unit needed to be replaced as it was at the end of its life (10 years) and the refrigerant liquid had ALL been leaked out. He fixed a brand new Gibson unit and we have no more problems!

It was a constant challenge to communicate: Ultimately, we were very disappointed with the experience because we were not aware of some of the major limitations of a high efficiency gas installation. There was poor planning about where the equipment would go, where outlet pipes would vent, resulting is spur of the moment decisions made that were not thoughtful. While some of these choices may have been convenient for the installers, they now present awkward equipment setups we have to live with. The staff were friendly and professional interacting with us. However, they did use furniture as saw horses and leave screws dangerously exposed in a hallway wall they constructed. We really expected a better experience and a satisfying product for $10,000.

\Exactly as described. The plumbing work was installed in the morning and the electic was installed by their electrical subcontractor in the afternoon.

They were great! I had a horrible experience with Boulangers Plumbing and called Hodge City. They did all the work in 30 min. I was told by Boulangers that fixing the pitch in the pipes would be a very expensive job - not so. It took Hodge City 5 min to see where the pipes needed a new attachment and then spent time to teach me about how to care for my system and get the best results. They were so amazing. I would highly highly recommend them!

It's going wonderful.

They were really helpful about showing me what i could fix myself, and having ideas for things. Even though i haven't had the work done yet I have used them in the past and their work has always been well done and reasonably priced. They really have added to my house. Once in while it can take them a while to get back to you if it is not an emergency.

They were great. They were really nice guys. They showed up when they said they were going to.There was a problem with it that we discovered about a month later and they came back out and fixed it without any charge. They were fantastic. They were in and out and nonintrucive. It was really good.

They are responsive. They have competitive pricing. The work was quite good.

It went excellent. Their estimate was down the middle. I worked with them before. They are very conscientious. They cleaned up very well. They took care of any issues. They showed up on time. They communicated very well. They did a goos job. I would work with them again.
