Description of Work: Ed from this company diagnosed my problems with my laptop (cracked hinge) and told me they would have to send away for the part and gave me a price estimate. He was courteous, professional, and I did not have to wait long for his help. The next week I received an email from the company telling me there was an additional crack and they would have replace for the front and back panels. They again gave me an estimate. When I went to pick up the laptop the price was a bit higher than they had estimated because their original estimation used the wrong hourly rate. I thought they should have charged me the rate they initially quoted me, but I agreed to pay the difference because they told me it took then longer to fix the laptop than they had estimated, but that they did not charge me for the extra time. I choose to believe them because they seem reputable to me, and my laptop is now fine. I would use them again.
