Description of Work: They removed old tiles and adhesives from the floor in our breeze way. They ground down the floor in the breeze way and the sunroom, then patched and sanded both floors. Filled and repaired a opening all along the perimeter of the entire sunroom. They then primed both floors, applied a basecoat , applied the colored chips and when that was dried they applied the clear top coat. This process was also applied to the stairs leading from the breeze way to the kitchen. We were given this contractor’s name by Home Depot. Chuck Brown promptly came out after my call to give us the estimate. He was polite and professional. After that meeting things did seem to get bogged down and it was a month before the job was done, that being said , it was worth the wait.
