Geoff and his team genuinely care that the work they do solves the problem. From the moment you call them until the job is done they are responsive and consummate professionals. + 0 moreThey are also A across the board. And you know how many years we've used them? 35 years. We had frozen pipes on Christmas day one year, they were here in 5 minutes. They were wonderful, they've been wonderful all the years we've been using them. Their price might be a little bit on the high side but I don't really care.
Description of Work: They come out for oil and a/c both. We had a cleaning and that was also in July

Description of Work: We have been with Anderson Fuel for over 16 years. They have always responded when we needed them even under the most trying of circumstances. I feel they really know us and our heating system and they have done a terrific job through the years. I would highly recommend and would continue to use them if we ever move to another home in the area.

+ -1 moreThey are a local company. I could probably buy oil cheaper, but the thing is that they are local so if anything goes wrong they respond very well. I like dealing with them. I called them recently because the furnace was not responding and they came out the same day to check it out. Several years’ back there was a problem with the furnace on Christmas and they did respond. They got out quickly and did a good job. I am on a budget plan with them. They are always polite and they offer an emergency number. The furnace is on an automatic system so that they know when it is getting low. They make regular deliveries in the cold weather. I pay them on a monthly basis for their service. I could probably find the service for cheaper, but I have been satisfied with their service and I have never looked into another company.
Description of Work: Anderson Fuel handles my heating. I have use them since I moved into the house in the nineteen seventies.
