Description of Work: I purchased a discount deal. Responded promptly. The deal was actually a consultation for a home addition. I misunderstood and wanted a plan for home remodeling. Visited my home to discuss needs. Plan was provided without any difficulty and was useful.

Description of Work: This is connected to The Curtice Group's recent Big Deal promotion. Scott showed up on time, and was flexible on scheduling. We talked through some things we would like to do in a renovation and he drew up plans. He made himself available to discuss the plans as well. We won't be able to proceed with the renovation, but this was a good experience. It looks like his firm does quality work.

Description of Work: Scott and his crew did a fantastic job in our Brookline condo. The bathroom renovation was fantastic and he had some great innovative ideas to help us with that, He also replaced all the windows, I live in a building built in the 1930"s and he picked out the perfect new windows to comply with condo regulations. He hired an excellent painter as we painted the entire condo and also installed new lighting, which was perfect. I will use Scott again for sure and highly recommend him for any type of renovation. I prepared for our meeting with a copy of my original house plans and a list of questions targeting one particular room. I am considering a room addition/expansiion. Scott was outstanding. He is experienced, communicative, organized, professional, creative, seasoned, and was skilled at focusing on my particular goals. I appreciated his realistic assessment of my situation, and his thoughtful recommendations. He followed up our meeting with a proposal and drawing. His proposal was totally appropriate for my stage in this decision making process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering an addition. He will tell you what you need to hear.
