+ -1 moreThe work went a lot easier than I thought it would. The driver, Paul, found the cover easily by using the map from an old Title V and he didn't mind me asking questions and he provided some helpful information. This was the first time since I bought the house that I had the system cleaned and I wasn't sure what to expect. Would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Septic system pumped. I also needed them to shovel to find the cover.

+ -1 moreI called first thing in the morning looking for same day service for my backed-up septic tank, after my previous company said I had a 4 day wait for service. Service Pumping & Drain showed up a few hours later!! Driver Andy couldn?t have been any more professional and friendly. He was very thorough and offered some great tips to avoid future issues. I would highly recommend Service Pumping & Drain.

+ -1 moreWe had a cesspool that filled with melting snow and needed to be pumped ASAP. They came right out the same day and got it done. Their price went up a little from the past and they charged a $50 emergency fee which they had not done in the past. But well worth it for their responsiveness. Always been a good company to work with.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive and the service providers were very nice. They explained to us city policy as well as help find a person to fix our pump. We have used them twice in a 6 month period. Both times, they were great.
