Mike did an amazing job. The house looks new, the decks are amazingly clean and the front stone wall looks great. We have had people ask us what we did to the house even this weekend so they can see the difference. Mike and his team did a great job. he contacted me back right away, came by within 2 days and left a quote and once I scheduled it he did the work the next day. He and his team spent 4 hours- well worth the price I paid. I would definitely use Mike again in the future

Excellent job and company, vey polite and professional, work hard to get a good job done. We have actually used them a couple of months at an investment property we own as well and they did a great job there too. Everything looked great when they were done.

Mike did a great job and we were very happy with the end result. He showed up on time and paid attention to the specific areas I asked him to clean. We have a 2+ story house covered in 20 year-old vinyl siding. After the cleaning, the vinyl siding did not look new but it was much cleaner.

Wonderful - very responsive to my call - estimate in a timely manner. House looked great - looks great! We had a great deal of the green mold on two sides of our house and porch roof - now looks brand new. Garden all intact - wonderful job - very pleased and will use them again each year to power wash our home:) Very professional.

The workers arrived on time. They moved any outdoor furniture/objects from the areas to be cleaned. The workers started in the back of the house working their way to the front cleaning the gutters, vinyl siding and both rear and front porches. All the spider webs and mildew gone. The house looks brand new again. Sand S did an excellent job and I couldn't be more satisfied. Both of the men were courteous and pleasant to speak with. I would definitely hire them again.

I am taking care of things at my elderly father's house now that he is recovering from a stroke. There's been a lot of deferred maintenance and I needed help getting the back yard cleaned up, as it has not been cared for in quite some time. Mike pressure washed a really dirty patio and the vinyl siding on the north side of the house that was all moldy and it now looks sparkling clean. He also noticed moss growing on the north-facing roof and pressure washed that, too, and patched a loose shingle he found on the roof. There was a wooden picnic table that I was going to get rid of on the patio but he told me he could pressure wash it and make it look like new--and he did it and it DOES look brand new! I was shocked at how much he can do with that pressure washer! Additionally, I had a huge pile of junk on the patio and Mike got rid of it for me, as well as removing and hauling away old broken gutters. I was amazed that he was done so fast... I think everything took a little over an hour.
