9/21/20 : Last night, we lost all heating, cooling and ventilation in our Trane Heat Pump. I called Royal this morning to schedule a service call and spoke with Kate, who listened closely to my observations and suggested, "Try powering down the TAM7 and Condenser, wait 15 seconds, then power up. Bingo! Our heating and cooling came back to life! (Either the TAM7 or the Honeywell Smart Thermostat needed a reboot) Wow - Kudos to Kate for helping us solve the problem - that's "world class" customer service! Once again, Royal Air has exceeded our expectation and continues to prove they are "the best of Boston". 6/5/20 : Our Trane TAM7 AHU power supply burned out and Royal Air provided superb customer service! Megan was wonderful with "squeezing in" a initial service call, ordering the replacement part and scheduling the follow up visit. Nick was great at troubleshooting and resolving the problem. Their whole team continues to exceed my expectations. Congratulations Royal Air for outstanding customer service and value!

From the beginning to the end of the job, Royal Air Systems always does an excellent job. We found this company at a home show more than 10 years ago and hired them then to replace our furnace and install central air on our first floor. The second floor was rarely warm in the winter or cool in the summer due to inadequate ductwork throughout the house. This summer we broke down and had Royal Air Systems install a Mitusbishi mini-split upstairs. The system is efficient, works quickly and is incredibly quiet. The many shifts of people who installed the system, supplied the electrical hookup, and then showed us how to use the system were specialized in their area and therefore confident, efficient, and patient with our many questions. Wonderful experience with Royal Air, both the workers that provided the service, the front office , and the person who came and gave the estimate. Prompt and polite replies in response to our many calls and complete professionalism from everyone we came in contact with. Meticulously clean and appreciative of keeping our home and the work area cleaned each day. We are very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Royal Air has always been professional. In 16 years the service men have always been professional, courteous and efficient. I've recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Some had given a more higher estimate. So far so good, we have not had any problems with it. They are coming next month for our annual service. I think two people came to complete the service. It took a couple of days.

They're prompt, nice people, wear booties, and the A/C keeps the house cool.

We have a contract with them. Usually, just one person comes out to do the service. They try to do it in a timely manner. They left the area clean and tidy.

This firm and its staff is great! They have been our go-to hvac installer and servicer since 2011, after horrible experiences with other hvac firms. Royal Air's staff is responsive, knowledgeable, experienced, and demonstrate empathy and caring when a problem arises. Oh, and their pricing and approach to be cost-effective in solutions is very client-friendly. What more can we say.

Three days later, the first night of a big cold spell, my furnace stopped working. Why does this always happen on a Friday night and the coldest night of the year? Unable to diagnose the problem, I called Royal Air Systems. They answered the phone on a Friday at 6:30pm. Wow! Oh, wait, it's just an answering service. Okay, sure you'll call me back soon. I believe that. Sure enough, however, less than 20 minutes later I had a call back from their technician on duty. I explained the problem and he was on-site servicing my system in under two and a half hours. That is to say, on a Friday night around 9pm! Turns out the problem had nothing to do with their service visit. He was able to get the furnace running almost instantly, and suggested the problem was with my more than 20-year-old thermostat. Total cost of this emergency late-night service visit? $0. Now I'm sure you won't get this price if your furnace hadn't been recently serviced by Royal, but thanks to their incredibly fast responses in both cases, that won't be an issue because I'll be using them again and again in the future!

This company did a fantastic job. The men came out on time. I was very impressed with this company and would recommend them to anybody. The next day they sent an inspector. I was disappointed that the provider did not go over other options that were available. I was expecting to be eligible for a rebate, but was not because I was never told about an upgraded system that I could have purchased.

Their service was really professional. The salesmen came exactly when they said they would and were straight-forward. They did everything they needed to do and above. The pricing was reasonable and the quality of service was really good. There was a written estimate and a full explanation. When I received a call from my office and responded, the individual there, who was a lady, was very informative. I even thought she was the installer. She impressed me.

They just did an annual service on the furnace. They did the original installation of it. That was about 4 or 5 years ago. Previous to that they installed an air system for us. The furnace installation was done extremely well. Very professional and very clean. The plus with them is they know the equipment and know what they are doing. The con is with the office staff; they don't always answer right away. We do have a 24 hour emergency service with them which has an answering service and is great. The technicians are good.

We hired this Company to replace a 70 year old antiquated heating and air conditioning system. They brought our home from covered wagon technology to the 21st century. It's a family-owned business, and our point of contact was 'young Arthur' -- a professional in every sense of the word. Arthur met with us to discuss our preferences and gave us a comprehensive proposal with a variety of custom-designed options from which to choose. Royal Air installed a state of the art system and the whole team worked like a well-oiled machine. From start to finish, they could best be described as the 'A' team. The entire group was knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and clean...very clean. The Boy Scouts could take lessons from them! We were referred to this Company by some close friends who had the exact same outstanding experience when they hired them to install a new system in their current house. Of note, our friends had previously employed their services in a prior home and couldn't praise them any higher. It just doesn't get any better and I can't heap enough praise on our wonderful experience with them. A true GEM of a company.

Arrived on time, was very professional, and respectful of premises. Provided lots of good info about the system. Entire visit was well worth the cost. Would definitely use them again.

They did a fine job with the quote but I did not use them. The did work before and did a great job. The cleaned the air conditioning system.

I have been using them for 11 years. They are very professional and they come when they say they are going to. They are on time and they know their craft.

They were very good. Their pricing was competitive. Generally speaking, they showed up on time. Their service person did a good work. Their system has been working very well.

The technician Jose identified the first issue of gas pipe clog quickly, and I called the Gas Company to fix the clog near the meter area. For the second issue, Jose replace the transformer couple of times, before he can find the suitable one that will last. The first replacement was burned again after a day. But after the second repair, it seems to work without any issue yet.

They're great and they actually follow up. They're very helpful and their price is good. I would recommend them. They are very good and they know what they are doing.

These people are always polite and informative. They put on booties to protect the flooring and explain any work that they do.

To start with, this was not an easy install, my house is very old. All employees were very knowledgable, especially Art, courteous, and polite. The cleanliness of their work was outstanding. Job was completed on time and the system works great. Highly recommended.

On a hot and humid summer night approx 8:00 PM I called Royal Air for service on my mother-in-laws behalf; as my mother-in-law's air conditioner stopped working; my mother-in-law is ill with a heart condition and alzeimers. On this night, there was potential for a thunderstorm but had not started even raining when the technician that was suppose to be dispatched had called back and said that he cannot make it because of the potential thunderstorm. I spoke to the technician and told him that was unacceptable as we had a service contract and explained my mother-in-laws condition. He still refused to come out. I called the office back and spoke to the owner Arthur and he said he did not want to risk his technicians life working on the compressor in a thunderstorm. I said we don't even know that is the problem. He still refused to send someone out regardless of my mother-in-laws condition and our service contract. I personally drove to my mother-in-laws house, approximately the same distance the technician would have traveled. Found out that the pan under the air exchanger in the attic was full of water. After bailing out the water and unclogging the drain, the air conditioner was working again and worked fine the rest of the summer. I have informed all my friends who I recommended Royal Air in the past and have a service contract to go with someone else next year for a service contract . So as far as I know they should loose some significant service contracts.
