Description of Work: He connected me to a woman who helped me create a kitchen design with cabinets. She sells the cabinets for a living, so I imagine she usually does this for free. But her service was excellent and she was the first person I have encountered that could really show me in a computerized program exactly what the new kitchen would look like. She also referred me to some other customers who purchased the same cabinets I was considering so I was able to see them in reality. I drove to their home and looked into their kitchen. It really helped me make my decision.

Description of Work: He came to my house the beginning of February to look at the bathroom. I told him that I planned to put in a new bathroom in the summer. I followed up several times with them and with Angie's List. The last time I was told that the response to the deal had been more than they expected and they were hiring some people to help with the plans. This was at least a month and a half ago or more. I need to proceed with this bathroom, so cannot wait any longer. Please send a refund. Thanks

Description of Work: I too bought the $99 deal for a kitchen design and have been pleased. Russ had a kitchen designer come out. She was punctual, friendly and have us a good design. Russ showed up today, on a Sunday, to provide the estimate for the remodeling job. He too was punctual, friendly and willing to offer advice. I'm very pleased so far.

+ 0 moreThey are very easy to talk to and very nice. They were professional, meticulous and very prompt. They were actually very polite to each other. It was no big deal when I would make a change to the schedule because they were very flexible. They subcontractors were also fantasic.
