+ -1 moreNO RESPONSE. multiple attempts at contact by phone and no return calls. They missed a great referral/client. They need to return calls if they want the business.

+ -1 moreGlen Leslie of Remote Control was recommended to me by a friend who had a major whole house, multi-room system installed. My needs were simpler, setting up a 5.1 audio video system with a receiver, plasma TV, Roku (streaming video) and a programmable remote control. I set up an appointment with Glen and he arrived on time, and listened to what I wanted. He made suggestions that would improve what I wanted and he was able to stay within my price range. He worked quickly and in a two days I had everything I wanted and it all worked as specified. Glen is passionate about his work, knows what he's doing and he cleaned up when he was done. If I have any questions, Glen is responsive and gets back to me within a day.
Description of Work: Fished wires through a wall, attached a bracket and mounted a plasma TV. He built custom cables and installed a new receiver, programed the receiver, calibrated the theatre, and programmed a remote control to run all the equipment which included a dvd player, cable box, receiver, TV and a Roku. He also ran data wires to my router in my basement for the Roku. When he was done, he showed my wife and I how to use the remote and then made programming changes to meet our personal preferences.
