+ -1 moreWhen the pool level started to drop dramatically, John installed an automatic filler leveler first, then began to search for the leak. First he tested the equipment and the pipes, then started looking for cracks and repairing them. When our town declared a "water ban" we could no longer fill the pool from the hose, John created a rig that would pull water from the bottom of the pool into the skimmers so we could keep running the pump as the water level dropped. When the water level had dropped so much that it was getting annoying, John recommended a tanker company who could bring water. They came the same afternoon, and charged almost the same amount as town water would have. John eventually found and repaired the leaks, and we kept the pool open well into October. John McColley will keep your water clean and clear, within appropriate chemical perameters based on your preferences. He will recommend, install and maintain your pump, filter and heater, pool covers, skimmers, lights, etc. They do weekly maintenance as well as pool openings and closings. You won't find a better choice for pool maintenance in this area. Trust these people. I wish more "service professionals" took that title seriously.
Description of Work: Our pool is over 30 years old. Gunite, inground, about 58,000 gallons. Last Summer the pool developed a leak. They put on Scuba gear and found and repaired the leak. McColley Service Company aka The Pool Professor has been maintaining our inground pool for 8 years now. They have always done a fabulous job. The pool is always ready when we want to jump in. When equipment starts to die of old age, they know its coming, and give us repair and replacement options in time to avoid losing any valuable swim time, which is precious here in the northeast. They are prompt, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, swift, and accommodating. They are also smart and nice people. You won't find a better choice for pool maintenance in this area. Trust these people.
