Karol is very responsive and corresponds with me via email once a month to coordinate our next cleaning. She is flexible with our needs as well. For instance some months, we will ask her to clean the finished basement and during the winter when we are not in the basement in the much because it is cold, we only have her do the rest of the house. She adjusts her fee accordingly. Karol is not only very good at cleaning, but a personable and very kind person!

The first time she came, it was a bit extra as she does a deep, intensive cleaning of the whole house. The house had never looked that good! Now she comes weekly and does a great job. All of the furniture is dusted/polished, dishes cleaned, countertops and kitchen cleaned, bathroom is immaculate; it's really great having her.

She and her husband arrived at 8:30 (well within the time frame given - that's very important to me) and were there for about 5 hours. My house sparkles. I will be having them come twice a month.

Karolina has been working with us for more than a year now, first when we were living in a condo, and now, to help maintain our 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom-home. Karolina cleans and organizes our home. When we moved, she and her team even helped us pack and unpack. One time, when we were on holiday, she came in to feed the fish. She is very professional, pays attentions to detail, reliable, honest, easy to work with, and very helpful. Great service. What I truly like about this arrangement is unlike big housekeeping companies, Karolina, her husband and a small group of employees form this small company. She is both a business owner and a worker -- and I truly admire this well-educated, intelligent woman for the dignity of her work.

I called Karol and she promptly responded to my call, came over to my home and gave a very reasonable quote. Although this seemed like a one-time job, she was willing to take it. One other service I called would not even consider providing service unless it would be on a regular basis. There were three of them in her crew and they cleaned the house and organized two rooms. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very professional. Karol was so easy to work with and her crew members were all very nice and hard-working. It was a lot of work for several hours, and in the end, my family and I were very pleased. Thus, we will be happy to have her clean and organize our home on a more regular basis.

I was in a desperate situation with the 3 days of rain in March 2010 . I found Karolina’s number in a shop, called, and she was over to the house that day. She worked late into the evening to help me with my serious situation. Since then she has become a reliable , on call worker for my various household projects and emergencies.
