YOU CANâ T LOSE IF JGRIFFIN IS THE ONE YOU CHOOSE I had three firms bid on replacing my water heater. I chose Jim as he was pleasant to deal with and put up with all questionâ s I had on Water Heaters. My heater was installed today as scheduled and I was impressed the moment the van backed into my driveway. The van was well organized and NEAT. Jim had a young apprentice working with him and throughout the installation he would explain what he was doing and why. He was very accommodating with what happened at lowes. He got me out of a very serious situation and we are very grateful that he was able to to the installation of a gas stove as lowes installer did not want to do the job until after 8-6. I had no stove and Mr. Griffin save us. I will continue to have him back to do any plumbing issues I might have in the future. I would truly recommend him to anyone

Jeff showed up on time with the supplies and tools needed to complete my job. He was challenged by a code violation concerning my chimney. It turned out we needed a different type of water heater and needed to relocate it in my basement. Jeff took the previously purchased unit back, made a quick pivot, and returned to my home later in the day with a brand new water heater and finished the job by end of day. The quality of the work was outstanding and Jeff communicated the issues at hand and the scheduling to me superbly. He did everything he said he was going to do competently and professionally. I would recommend J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to anyone!

They did exactly what they set out to do. I appreciated the fact that the owner went over every detail with us and even discussed the finance options. They finished exactly when they were suppose to and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with the quick response I got. Within a few minutes of submitting a request for service, Jeff called. He was professional and accommodating. Our water heater broke and needed to be fixed before going away for the weekend. He was at my house the next morning and replaced the water heater in a few hours. J. I had a small plumbing leak in my basement. Like with everybodyâ s plumbing leaks you need to shut off the water in your house in order to repair the leak. However, my main water shut off valve was decades old and was seized in the open position. This meant the water needed to be shut off at the street by the city. Jeff was very flexible with his scheduling. He worked with me and the City not only to get my work completed in a timely manner, but get water service restored as soon as possible. Which made my wife very happy! His level of professionalism and high level of quality work will unquestionably make me utilize his services again. Once again Jeff, Thank you very much for your care and consideration for our family.

Jeff was very accomodating

Had a water leak on the street side of the main shut-off valve. Jeff responded very promptly to inspect the situation. I was able to coordinate a shut down with the city's water department for the following day. Jeff was able to accomodate the schedule. He arrived on time and deftly repaired the problem. We were up and functioning within 2 hours. A 'tip-o-the hat' to J. Griffin Heating and Plumbing. I would recommend their services.

These guys were terrific. Came on short notice on a Sunday. Had assessed what needed to be done from photos. Shows up on less than hour with every thing he needed. Work done quickly, good clean up and good service. Will use them again.
